 Our
goat milk soap is made with only pure, natural,
skin-enriching ingredients! We use absolutely NO chemical additives,
harsh ingredients, synthetic fragrances, dyes, or preservatives.
Vitamin A slows down the effects of
aging and prevents brown spots.
Zinc aids in the reconstruction of
collagen fibers, resulting in firmer, smoother skin. Zinc also
encourages moisture retention and assists in maintaining the skin’s
elasticity.
Calcium tones and smoothes the skin.
Alpha-hydroxyl
acids plump and smooth the skin.
Caprylic acid, another fatty acid contained in goat milk, reduces
alkalinity, giving our goat milk soap a pH level very close to that
of the skin.
(This enables our soap to cleanse without stripping the
skin of its protective barrier of natural oils. It also soothes the
surface tension of the skin, allowing it to be moisturized and to
absorb the healthy nutrients.)
Antimicrobials/antifungals, the other fatty acids present in
goat milk are natural protectors to your skin.
The oils we use in our soap have been carefully selected to
compliment and enhance the beneficial qualities of the goat milk.
Olive oil moisturizes and forms a protective film on the skin
without inhibiting the skin’s normal, necessary functions, and is a

Coconut oil is a moisturizer and makes a hard bar of
soap with a generous lather (unlike many other soft, sticky handmade
soaps). Palm oil is a gentle cleanser.

Garland Goat Soap of Vermont is a small, family-run business located
in a beautiful, rural farming community in Vermont. Our soap is
made in small, quality controlled batches using only natural,
skin-enriching ingredients.
Each variety includes a specially
created blend of raw goat milk, coconut oil, olive oil, palm oil,
Vitamin E oil, vegetable oil, distilled water, and essential oils.
All of our milk is produced by two of our
registered Alpine dairy goats.

After each batch of soap has completed the saponification process,
it is allowed to cure four to six weeks, ensuring the gentlest and
mildest soap possible.
Each bar of soap is molded individually in a
variety of specialty molds, creating artistic bars of soap. Our
collection of molds ranges from cute critters to elegant flowers;
from lighthouses to ladybugs. Our trademark design features the
imprint of a milking doe.
